The above fees do not reflect the USPTO or Copyright Office Fees. These will be quoted at the time of filing the application or other type of transaction. Client is responsible for all fees that are assessed by these Offices. Additional legal fees will be assessed during the process of registering your Trademark by the USPTO. Naturally, we shall endeavor to utilize the most cost effective means to reduce the charges for our clients. When possible, we currently file all federal trademark applications electronically and prosecute all applications electronically at this time, except requested by the client otherwise or in the rare instance where physical documents are specifically required by statute. Copyright registration applications still can only be mailed to the Copyright Office.
Out of Pocket Expenses:
Out of pocket costs including, but not limited to, mailing, copying, telecommunications, transcripts, travel, express delivery, data base research, etc. are billed to the client.
Any expenses not listed above will be assessed on a case by case basis.
