Garrett Sutton, Esq.

Garrett Sutton, Esq. is the founder of Corporate Direct and Sutton Law Center, where he has spent more than 30 years helping entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and business owners protect their assets, form business entities, and build stronger legal foundations for long-term success.

A corporate attorney, asset protection expert, and bestselling author, Garrett has sold more than one million books educating business owners and investors on entity formation, corporate compliance, and asset protection strategies. Through Corporate Direct and Sutton Law Center, the companies he founded, Garrett and his team have helped more than 13,000 clients incorporate their businesses and protect their assets.

Garrett is also a member of the Rich Dad Advisors, an elite group of experts assembled by bestselling author Robert Kiyosaki. Several of Garrett’s books are part of the bestselling Rich Dad Poor Dad wealth-building series, where he teaches entrepreneurs and investors how to use business entities, legal structures, and proactive planning to support financial growth and risk management.

Garrett earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, after attending Colorado College. He received his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. He is licensed in Nevada and California and is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association.

In addition to his legal and educational work, Garrett has written numerous professional articles, served on the Publication Committee of the State Bar of Nevada, and appeared in publications including The Wall Street Journal and Credit.com. He also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including The American Baseball Foundation, the Nevada Museum of Art, and the Sierra Kids Foundation. Garrett has been recognized as a Lifetime Achievement Member by America’s Top 100 Attorneys.
